I love this place; they’ve repaired shoes for me a couple of times, and just recently fixed a backpack for me. They’re the epitome of customer service, and their rates are very reasonable.

They’ve fixed and refurbished several shoes for me when other places told me it couldn’t be done. They don’t charge a lot either. I’m on my way there now to have a strap fixed on a new pair of sandals. Relieved I won’t have to throw them away.

Although it is a bit out of my way, if ever I need shoes repaired in the future, I’ll come here. When I asked if my shoes needed resoling, the clerk informed me that the soles didn’t need immediate replacing, and that regluing would get me several more months wear out of them, the less expensive of the two. It’s good to know some businesses provide quality service with the intent of being helpful rather than trying to wring every penny they can out of you.

They completely ruined a pair of pumps by polishing them with some kind of cleaner. The shoes were vintage. They were supposed to just rubber the bottoms. They only gave me 20 $ for their mistake. I will NEVER go back there!

Took some old work boots in for a resoling and these guys did more than expected; the boots had a nice quality work sole put on them AND they were buffed and polished to an almost new appearance; I couldn’t believe they where the same boots! I never asked for the buff and shine, but the man I paid said that is included in all their work. Have to say I was stunned that they only charged me $ for the job; I even offered a Tip but was politely turned down.
I’ll definitely take my shoes back to these guys; old world service and craftsmanship, quality materials, and unheard of prices cannot be beat in this struggling economy! WAY TO GO RED SHOE HOUSE!!!
