Bought a leather recliner today, the sales person kept talking about the leather protection, on and on… After we get to warehouse to pick it up I see a 50.00 charge for this leather protection. I was not asked if I wanted it, just given the price. I called store and the manager never offered a refund not an apology for this shady sales tactic… Adding the 50.00 without consent!!! Turns out sales people are required to sell that’s add ins to retain their jobs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
