Bought just shy of $ 5000 worth of furniture here, and can’t seem to get the last little bit delivered. They were up-front when the purchase was made that one piece would take about six weeks to deliver. They called to confirm delivery at six weeks, then called back to cancel, and reschedule. Then they called to confirm delivery, and didn’t deliver. When we started following up with managers and supervisors, the stories don’t match. Nobody seems to have access to «all» the information; nobody seems to be empowered to make something happen. Everyone has to check with someone else, who«will call you back.» If you’re lucky. Really, we’d just like the headboard delivered. How hard can that be? 11 weeks, and counting.
