Omg. Why is there not an option to give negative stars? The incompetency is so insane. Took over an hour to get a simple 4×9 double sided handout printed for me. Horrible service. Employees just standing around or blatantly ignoring me, avoiding my gaze lol. I’m so annoyed with the two guys behind the counter

Have always had excellent service.

Take a look at the «not recommended» reviews on Unilocal.Clearly they are honest accurate reviews. I never had a major problem at this location but sadly was treated very poorly at Renaissance the main company branch. They have a captive audience w the University across the street and being one of only a few printing places in town. Thus there seems little incentive to improve or change as they have steady flow of new business. Renaissance especially has deteriorated to an alarmingly low level of customer service from management.

Stopped in, had an emergency of some sort. I love the Archer Rd location but I was on 13^th and didn’t have time to drive all the way home to print something out. So I stopped in and sat at the computer, pulled out my CC and the Lady told me she’d be right w/​me, I sat there for 10 minutes. She then proceeded to ask how she could help me, I then told her my problem, she said «Whoops, sorry. internet is down.» Didn’t you see me sitting at the computer waiting for you for over 10 minutes? I feel as if, once you see me sit down at the computer that has no internet, instead of saying «you’ll be right w/​me», say «The internet is down!» Would have saved me 10 minutes when i only had 20 to spare in the first darn place.
