Avoid at all cost. Have used business twice for cracked screen on my iPhone 6, first repair they left a bubble in the glass but gave a a privacy glass screen protector to cover bubble, gave business a second chance and this time they got glue on the front facing camera which makes everything cloudy and blurry, the business refused to fix it claiming it would need a new camera, would not give refund either. Was rude when asking for help with issue.

Quick repair but must have used a defective screen. Had a dot on the screen(claimed it was a pressure point) and hairline crack upon further investigation a couple hours later. Took it back the next morning and they wouldn’t rectify. I wouldn’t use this business again. If you have to for emergency purposes, I suggest a thorough investigation before leaving. Check all background colors to make sure you don’t see any imperfections! That’s where I went wrong.

In mid June, after a long hiatus with my phone being significantly damaged, i decided to take a less expensive approach on repairing my LED and glass screen. Price was fine, and time was perfect. The man only took 30 minutes and it was done. I was happy as a fiddle. That night however, as it laid in my girlfriends purse, it had a few cracks in the top right screen. There had been no reason for these cracks other than what i thought were just pressure cracks. I went back, and i would have to pay FULLPRICE of a LED screen and a SCREEN fix. I haggled with him a bit and all i could get was 15 dollars off. Originally 100, and then down to 85? 185 bucks for something that should have been done right the first time. I took it apart to look at and repair it myself and the man did not put back the pentalobe screws. All he did was glue the screen onto the bottom chassis holding the motherboard. So in that, he also screwed up my attempt at repairing it myself. At this point. ill just be getting a new phone. I do not recommend coming here, i advise just doing it yourself because once you let them touch it, its done. I much rather you take it to apple then here, because atleast then youll have some options available to you if it decides to break again.

In September my phone broke. Gizmo Doctor did a speedy repair. I was satisfied but quickly found out the repair wasn’t 100% done correctly. The top left part of the screen wasn’t connected to the phone. I meant to bring it back but never did. I go to a military school and our uniform only has back pockets. I’ve been storing my phone back there for 5 years and never had a problem. I sat down just the right way and because the phone repair was done improperly, the screen broke again. I called them up and they said they could repair it for $ 90. I was very frustrated and wasn’t about to pay. I went to the kiosk and asked again and got a better deal of $ 80. Though I was very mad to have to pay a single cent, I payed it. I am still frustrated with the customer care I received since I shouldn’t have had to pay for the second screen at all. They did to the repair fast both times and the second time, it was done properly. A small business aught to have better customer care than to not be able to fix their own mistakes.
