I went in there one time and there was a gentlemen I believe his name was Casanova. He was so helpful, honest and very friendly towards me. Even helped me carried the items I purchased to my car! Hard to find good workers these days.

About 3 weeks ago I parked my trailer that I haul behind my car in their parking lot so I could go inside and ask for any ideas or referrals for how to re-​do the hinges on the door. New hinges had just been installed but the door that had previously opened so easily was becoming stuck and was very difficult to open. With management approval, two men who work there… FIXED IT. And it has opened and closed with ease ever since. A third worker installed an interior locking system so that when I work my festivals I can stay in the trailer, which I plan to be installing small windows in. I seriously want to THANK these three miracle workers and the angels who approved their workmanship to help me.

Is it weird that I love the smell inside?
Something about the smell of fresh cut lumber just makes me giddy.
Home Depot has an awesome selection and prices on everything. I make so many random trips here… It’s super convenient and they are open pretty late so that works well with my schedule.
Sometimes they have these workshops for kids which I really need to check out… I’ve got lots of little boys in my house and they will need to be able to wield a tool when they get older!

Like all the big chain stores. Spread out and not always logically. Staff helpful when you find them. Prices great for some items and not so great on others. Wide selection of items but not always the greatest quality so check out what you want online before going and be sure to check reviews.

Poor customer service «BEWARE»
Called on phone to verify if they had a 10×12 shed I was told they had one. i asked them to make sure because I was borrowing a friends truck to pickup shed They said that’s fine it will be here when you come so I get there then they say sorry we don’t have the shed. Then when I asked if it could be delivered to my house for free they told me no then they saiid I could go pick it up at there second location in gainesville Fl by I75. Thanks for nothing!

A man’s toy store.
Staff is always friendly and helpful in finding what you need to do for what you need.

NIce clean new store the staff all seems to be fairly young so they don’t seem to know much if you have questions but there always friendly and the store is emasculate.
The parking lot is hard to get in and out of and seems to have way too many speed bumps

Yeah. its a big box. This one has two silly little kiosk things out front built to satisfy the overlay code. Fail.
So, its almost new, there was a guy at the door making sure you got a cart and greeting (thats new for Home Depot for sure) but their tile sales/​selection fell down on the job and I went elsewhere.

They’re not as horrible as Lowe’s but they’re working on it! When they first came to Florida they were all over customer service-​not so much now. I prefer to go to Central Builders Supply. The employees are much more knowledgeable and they are a local family run business. The advice I get from Central Builders is better and when they refer me to contractors on jobs I don’t have the skills for I don’t get raped like the box stores do.

I love this place. It is new, clean, no lines and there are very few people ever there. They sell the same stuff as any other Home Depot, just in a better atmosphere. I wish a few more people would go there so they do not close.
