The customer service here is off the chart! Maybe the best store in town, everyone is nice, respectful and very helpful. (just like their other store on 13th st)

The UPS staffers are really friendly and helpful. When I was there one employee was a training a new young employee and even while teaching him both were able to get my order in quickly and work out any kinks fast. They helped me pick out the right size and cheapest box to mail my item too. There’s also good enough parting in this area of the strip mall.

Just pay for your UPS shipping online. This store is a joke. They’re only partially affiliated with UPS. If you have a complaint or something goes wrong, you can’t even talk to the main UPS people. Ridiculous. Plus these people who work here are rude and idiots. Especially the manager. They also take forever to check you out and ask lots of unnecessary time wasting questions. Take it to the post office or go to the UPS direct location which is on the NW side of town. They’ll check you out there and at least you know it gets taken care of. They won’t ask you any shady questions or pressure you for insurance. And most importantly you won’t have to deal with some overworked manager b**ch.
