Horrible. Not only was the drive through staff oddly rude, but the order was completely wrong.
We ordered a two junior cheeseburgers; one with no onions and one with only cheese.
We received two junior cheeseburgers; one with extra onions and one with everything. Completely the opposite of the order.
We order two teas; one with extra ice. We get two teas; one with a little ice and one with none (as in None).
We then went across the street to the McDonalds and things did not get better.
Did I mention rude staff?

Great Service! Clean, newly renovated Wendy’s managed professionally-Charles was excellent & kept everyone moving! All the people were courteous, quick moving & gave service with a smile!!! Got us back on the road, with ALL our order, much quicker than we thought!

Since the remodel, the building looks very nice but service is still hit or miss. Tonight I sat for 10 minutes waiting for the «new antibiotic free chicken sandwich» and a baked potato, with my Frosty melting because it was given to me as soon as I pulled up to the pick up drive thru window. Got home and saw that the potato looks days old with brown spots and didn’t taste good. The new chicken sandwich is very good, at least.

I’m a big fan of Wendy’s and think the classic double is the best fast food burger in the business. But this particular restaurant has to be one of the poorest run Wendy’s I have ever been in. Not very clean, empty ketchup dispensers, long wait time in a practically empty store, and mistakes in the order.

So my son insists that I mention he loves the new sandwich that Wendy’s has on the 99 cents menu… called the Monterrey ranch chicken sandwich. He also loves the chocolate milk that they offer.

I hate to give a solid establishment like Wendy’s a bad review, but after visiting this location during a road trip… I can say I’m currently not a fan. First off… the drive-thru line was crazy long and barely moving… so I decided to go inside. While there… I used their restroom and even though it wasn’t filthy… it wasn’t very clean. Then (after waiting 5 minutes to get my order taken), the young woman who waited on me couldn’t repeat my order correctly. If it wasn’t for the manager (who was very nice) coming up to assist the cashier… I might have walked out.
Overall…c’mon, guys and get with the program. Wendy wouldn’t be too happy with the way you’re running things.
