Zaxby’s

Food quality and quantity are going straight downhill at this location. We have gotten takeout from here for years. We have tolerated the slow service and learned to check our order before we leave – there have been MANY mistakes. But last night I ordered a chicken salad and got HALF of what I normally do – I ate the salad and looked for more. It just wasn’t there! We have decided that, when it is convenient, we will frequent the other Zaxby’s on Browns Bridge Road.
It is my experience that when restaurant perform poorly or go downhill, it is a reflection of management. Maybe it is time for a new manager?

I had ordered food online to pick up at this location. It’s pouring rain and go through drive thru and ask politely if I can pick up my order through drive thru (since there was no cars ahead or behind me) the guy on the speaker said no you have to come inside. I politely explain its pouring rain and I the only parking spot available is far from the door. Once again they tell me no and had to walk in drenched in water. Not only that but my chicken strips looked like bones less chicken wings. Refuse to go to this place ever again, I literally live 2 minutes from it and drive the extra 15 minutes just to not eat here. Management needs to address this asap

Shocked to see that this Zaxby’s almost has three stars. I drive an extra ten miles to avoid this Zaxby’s. Rude people. Takes 30 minutes to get my food. Always something missing. If I pay for extra zac sauce I should get extra zac sauce not ranch. I don’t like the drums but my fiancé does so I was wanting to get two orders of wings. one drums one flats and they rudely told me no and explained that then it would be uneven and they’re not allowed to do that. I politely said I am getting two orders and I just want them split because we wanted different sauces or I would divide them myself when I got home. Manager came on to speaker and said NO! I left and will never go back. This Zaxby’s is a disgrace to all Zaxby’s.

I like the wings and fries, but the corporate bean counters are ruining this place.
I’ve eaten at zaxbys for ever and liked the food but there cutting to much out.
First off where’s my carrot sticks second the portions are shrinking slowly (like we’re not going to notice).
Why build a good reputation just so you can ruin it when you franchise your restaurant.

This place is worse than other national chains like Popeyes or Church’s. Their buffalo wings are average, but their chicken fingers have a very weird after taste, possibly from un-​fresh ingredients. I took just one bite of the chicken finger and decided they simply need to be tossed. Gross!
