Amazing customer service.
He was here actually early than stated time and spent extra time explaining all the different locks that were on the house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use for all locksmith business.

These guys are amazing. They have Re keyed locks for me when I needed it after a theft. Now they fixed a lock that was so messed up the key would no longer turn. These men are professional, quick, and best of all, they are kind. I will continue to use their services and I would recommend them to anyone having lock issues.

I went to Pop-​a-​Top at 9:45pm tonight (Monday, 11⁄27), and the door was locked. If you advertise «open until 10pm», please realize that some folk may walk from quite a distance, and will be quite pissed off when you are closed before that time.

Update for Popalock, who treated me well when I rekeyed some locks in February. I had Popalock out to fix the door mechanism in an old door, which had bent out of shape and worked its way loose. They came quickly, and repaired the very old knob mechanism so that I didn’t have to buy a new one. Great business and customer service, affordable, too, thanks!!!

Was met with the misfortune of not being able to enter my home on a Friday after work while it was storming outside. I went to enter in my key and it kept spinning in the lock. After many unsuccessful attempts and trying to view YT vids on my phone, I gave up and decided to contact Pop-​A-​Lock.
He was here in 20 minutes and opened my door and replaced the mechanism inside the lock that had broken.
They take credit cards too which was a plus!

My child was locked in the car-​I called Pop a Lock and they came right away. They quickly got my child out and didn’t charge. They were also genuinely concerned for the safety of my child. Highly recommend and I look forward to working with them again. But hopefully under different circumstances. :)

Needed 3 locks repaired asap following a break-​in. Great service: arrived within 15 minutes of my call on a Saturday afternoon, very friendly and helpful. Quickly replaced the locks and also gave me advice on how to repair the sliding glass door. I highly recommend this company if you need a locksmith. Fast, efficient, and inexpensive service.
