Ordered same-day delivery of flowers first thing in the morning to celebrate a special occasion. They contacted me five hours later, five minutes after the same-day delivery window, to say that the local flower shop didn’t have the arrangement I’d ordered. I told them to have the florist choose the arrangement instead, but they said that it was too late in the day to delivery same-day. Naturally, it was then too late in the day to contact anyone else about delivery either. Save yourself the hassle and contact a local flower shop directly.

Ordered standard flowers for mother’s day and was guaranteed delivery by Sunday, though Sat was also acceptable. I never heard another thing from the company and finally decided to ask my mom if she got the flowers a couple days later. Sure enough they never showed and I never heard anything from 1−800-FLOWERS. I’m sure if I hadn’t called and asked for a refund they would have happily help my money and never said a thing.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day Thursday, May 5 for a May 6th delivery. Never got news they would NOT be delivered until a refund email was sent ONMOTHERSDAY. We got a simple refund email with no reason or excuse. UNACCEPTABLE! 1−800-Flowers stinks! They offered nothing for compensation and mom still has no flowers from her far away family!!! Boo!

Awful customer service. I placed an order at roughly 10 am on 12⁄23 for a basket to be delivered on 12⁄29. About 2 – 3 hours later I asked to have the delivery date moved to 1⁄5. They said that the order was in transit. That seems like a lie. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with them, but never more. Bad customer service has consequences. Now I’m going to give your competitor all of my business. I hope the lie was worth it.
