Can’t express how much I am happy to have found Touch of Clean! Amazing service, organized, polite and pleasant people and the apartment is always impeccable after they’re done. Couldn’t recommend more!

A Touch of Clean went out if their way to accommodate us for our appointment, including working around our busy, inflexible schedules. When some of the cleaners did not show up to our first scheduled appointment, the manager rearranged his schedule around ours so he could personally make sure our house was exceptionally cleaned. He then delivered flowers to my two roommates and me as an apology for the trouble. I’ve never worked with another company that went so far out of their way to deliver such great customer service. There are always hiccups in business appointments, but the way A Touch of Clean took responsibility for and made up for this mistake was outstanding. Would highly recommend them in the future.
