Been working with Atlas Floors for about three years now on residential remodeling projects, and I would definitely recommend considering them for your flooring projects.

We hired Atlas to replace our flooring. We signed a contract, paid a deposit, confirmed and reconfirmed (because our salesperson was not responsive– that should have been out first clue) that they would do the work while we were on vacation over the holiday. We send a final confirmation email on the 23rd. No response. On the morning of the 24th — the day work was supposed to start — they still were not there at 10:30. We called and called and no one answered. By the time I finally spoke to the manager on Monday morning, she was very contrite and said she would do what she could to get someone out to the house that day. Several hours later, I received an email notifying me that they couldn’t get anyone out to the house and canceled the contract.
