Francisco and his team did an incredible job on refinishing our hardwood floors. Our floors were previously covered by carpet, and the residue left by the carpet pad combined with some previous stains meant no easy task for him and his team– but CFS got the job done.
Francisco came out to provide a free quote, and once awarded the job, him and his team were back the following week. There was about 500 SQFT and stairs that needed to be sanded down, stained, and sealed. Francisco and his team were out in 3 days today (1^st day — sanding. 2^nd day — cleaning, staining, and 1^st coat of sealer. 3^rd day — last coat of sealer.)
They were very respectful to our home and closed off any areas that might be affected by the dust, including all of the air ducts around the house. They also helped picking out a stain color that matched the hardwood throughout the rest of the house.
