Crest Cleaners

This places does not have any principle and does not stand by their word they promised free dry cleaning services for coats for neediest of kids and when the coats were being picked there was a bill of over $ 200 this was for a charity and they offered their services and once the coats were cleaned they handed the bill over!!! I am boycotting this place and will tell all my family and friends not to go there if I could give it no stars I would!

Been using them for 14 years.
They clean the clothes in-​house – no shipping them around town like some places.
Drop off by 11 and you can pick up by 5.
If you prefer, they will pick up and deliver to your house.
They use more environmentally friendly products.
I don’t have problems with my clothes disappearing like other places I have tried.

Customer service is not dead and my faith in humanity is restored (kind of, because there are so many other douchy businesses out there, I can’t say totally restored).So often folks take to the web and to sites like Unilocal!to offer a negative review. I’m guilty as charged with a couple of my own reviews, however, in the case of Crest Cleaners I’ve got nothing but positive. Yesterday, I picked up a rather substantial chunk of my wardrobe from Crest only to get home and find that one of my pairs of pants was missing and that I had another customer’s pants. I called and let the staff know and they were very kind and reassuring that they would either find my dress pants or, worse case, buy a new pair (and we’re talking $ 150+ pants from Nordstrom). Went back today to return the other dude’s pants and hopefully retrieve mine. Mission accomplished, plus the comped my bill for several other items of clothing that I was picking up for the inconvenience. In the month or so I’ve been using them, they’ve done a great job cleaning my garments– no issues. Compare that with one of their competitors in the Kentlands– they managed to return clothes with untreated stains and in two instances ruined clothing within the course of a month (picked up a brand new shirt from laundering with a giant black stain across the front of the shirt and they washed instead of dry cleaned a silk tie, leaving it looking like crap). If you want great customer service and clean clothes, Crest is the way to go.

This is the best cleaners around. Everyone is so polite and courteous. They are always helpful with any request. The are very knowledgeable about tough stains and how to get them out.

The best part is — my mother in law got the stain out using DISH SOAP AND COLD WATER after the shirt had been sitting for 6 weeks!!! So much for Crest and their amazingly wonderfully super powerful BS chemicals!
