Company was difficult to contact to schedule appointment. Appointment was scheduled almost two months later – fair enough, they’re busy. Then did not show up on the day of the appointment. Tried to call multiple times, but phone was not answered. Not worth the hassle!

I wish there was the option for 0 star instead of 1. Please save your money, your time and frustration. This company is a scam not a real business. No one answers calls 99% of the time or returns voice mails. Even after I got hold of someone and scheduled a power wash service, they never showed up on the day and time they were supposed to. They did not answer my calls or my voice mails to explain why or provide another appointment. I bought their service through Groupon and I’m very disappointed that Groupon does not check businesses background before offering their services to customers. I would rather pay more money and work with a professional company than this scam business. I’m very frustrated right now as I scheduled the power wash service 2 months before to prepare my house for sale and for an open house that happened last week (without the planned power wash). Now, when i contact other power wash companies, i have to wait for weeks before they can provide the service as this is their busiest season.

I am compelled to write this review to release a bit of my frustration with this company.
They didn’t show up twice for the air vent cleaning (bought via Amazon Local). I had to call them both times after the arrival window to ask why they never arrived; they blamed the scheduling software and miscommunication among other things. They are neither professional nor organized. I cancelled my appointment with them and will naturally never do business with them ever again.
Use this service at your own peril.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could!
I bought an Amazon Local deal to have four areas cleaned. We scheduled the appointment (with a $ 20 gas surcharge) and they were to arrive between 8 –10 AM and never showed up. When I repeatedly tried to call them to inquire as to their arrival time, their voicemail was full.
I took time off work, unpaid, to wait around for them for HOURS. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

Despite first checking Unilocal and seeing some less then favorable reviews for this company, I purchased a voucher through Amazon local for a one level exterior powerwash. Looks like some of those reviews have since been removed. When I called to schedule an appointment they put me on hold to check to see when they would be in my area (Arlington). They said it wouldn’t be for 3 weeks and we scheduled an appointment for 1−3pm. The associate then informed me there would be a $ 20 gas surcharge. I wonder how many other homes they charge this to while in my area. On the day of the appointment, I saw an ETB Solutions van drive by the house around 12:45pm. They never showed for the appointment. They also haven’t returned my call asking why they never came — there has been no follow of any kind. I called Amazon local and they were great. They promptly refunded my money for the voucher.

I’m hoping to have a good experience with this company. I purchased a voucher through Amazon Local. I was able to schedule any appointment right away. On the day ETB was to come we waited all morning and they did not come. To be fair, though, I checked my cell phone later and they had called and asked me to call back but I did not see the message until later that day.
But since that time I have called three times to reschedule and never received a call back. I finally got through to someone who said the owner would call back to ensure I would be there the next time. This was a little irritating since we were there the first time, but I accept the explanation that somehow, in good faith, we didn’t connect.
I will increase the stars if all terms out well.

While overall the service was acceptable cleaning older carpet after all was said and done, the groupon discount was not that great. In the future, I will continue to use Sears, as they are the same cost after I had to pay $ 20 for gas transportation charges and another $ 20 for stain removal. The carpet is old, and the stains came out to my satisfaction. I felt uncomfortable because the owner’s young son 7 or 8 was with him «helping». I did not like that and almost just canceled the job for a loss, because it was wrong to have the son underage assisting. It was an uncomfortable experience overall, and I will avoid group on discounts, there is a reason for the cheaper discounts, I won’t be fooled again.

Pleasant man, but significant challenges with the service. I procured this service to target some stains — none of which came out or even faded. And when I asked the technician to either remove his shoes while inside or use shoe covers to protect my white carpet, he refused. Furthermore, the technician plugged his equipment into a GFCI outlet and blew the circuit. He then plugged into another outlet and tripped that circuit, too. He was able to get the lights back on, but left with the entire GFCI line out. I later discovered that multiple bedroom/​bathroom outlets did not have power, but did not initially know what happened. I called ETB to troubleshoot the problem he caused, and was told he would come out and replace an outlet — a «solution» that would not fix the problem, which he had not properly diagnosed. To make a long story short, he left me in the lurch for days without power in multiple rooms, and I had to consult an electrician to troubleshoot. I eventually had someone else come out to the house to fix the problem.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience… definitely no «solutions» from his service!

I actually had a very pleasant experience with this carpet cleaning company. Scheduling was a little tricky but as for the actual appointment, they were on time, did the job in a timely fashion, and actually gave me some helpful suggestions on how to clean and maintain the carpets myself.
I too live on U Street and bought a Living Social coupon, but I didn’t have an experience similar to one of the previous reviewers. I called to make sure ETB knew where to park.
After all was complete, the owner even e-​mailed me a Vacuum cleaner recommendation in response to the face that I had mentioned that I don’t like my current one. Thoughtful!

Wow. I bought a living social deal for this company. The first appointment the guy called and said his van was in an accident. I could understand that and rescheduled. The second time was on a Saturday and he called me past the appointment time to say he was having trouble finding parking… I live near U st so I don’t know why he was surprised by this but he then blamed me for not telling him he would have to find parking! He then asked to reschedule for Sunday morning at seven a.m. I suggested nine was more reasonable and he agreed. Well he has never shown up and has not called at all. I am furious and will be getting my money back from either the company or Living Social. Horrible service…
