I have an LG Washer Dryer. There are only 3 companies certified to do repairs in the area and this one could come in the quickest so I thought why not.
Since then I have spent upwards of 900 dollars in repairs and my unit is still not fixed. It became clear the third or fourth time he came out he was just guessing what the problem is. He told me he could return some of the parts that were fine after he put them in and has also stopped responding. I am in the process of reporting him to the better business bureau now.

Dennis Newberry has no idea how to run a business. He charged us $ 95 to come LOOK at our defective dishwasher racks (not fix or replace… just LOOK). He was supposed to submit the report to LG Appliances and HomeDepot but never did. They have nothing in their files. That was 3.5 months ago. He won’t answer his phone or return our messages. He’s a scammer. AVOID USING HIM.
