At first everything seemed like it was going to be great, but then when I called to follow up on a delivery the person that answered the phone finally even though I was calling during normal store hours was very rude and irritated and impatient. It was not a very good example to customer service.

Great first experience here. Randy came through for us big time. Needed a casket spray for my grandmothers funeral. It was very last second. We called on a Sunday when everyone is closed and Randy answered the phone. Even though they were closed, he still took my order and had the arrangement delivered to the cemetery by 10:30am the next day. And to top it all off, it was a beautiful arrangement that we couldn’t have been more happy with. Very highly recommended.

When I used to live in Md, I always used Gaithersburg Florist because they created such fabulous arrangements and received such «Wow!» responses at the office. Since retiring to Las Vegas, I called GF & ordered a floral arrangement on Sunday for next-​day delivery to my brother who was in the hospital. Unlike some FTD florists, GF delivered on time this beautiful arrangement (niece sent me a photo) closely resembling the photo on their website eliciting «how beautiful» comments from my family in MD. Thank you, GF,…you are my «Go To» Florist on the east coast!!!

We ordered sympathy arrangements on the day of the memorial and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the flowers. The arrangements were as pictured on the website if not better. You can tell them how much you’d like to spend and they will put enough flowers for that amount. We ordered the sincere sentiment arrangements, everlasting faith basket, and a custom arrangement with lilies and white chrysanthemums. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend this florist.
