Lou’s Electrical Contractor and Installation LLC

This guy is the most unreliable and unprofessional I have ever seen. I called him on 10−30−14 Thursday and he came and looked at the everything and he gave me a price and we agreed on it. He agreed to come the next day 7am and I told him this is a business place and I have to open tomorrow itself and this is the last thing to do before I can open if not I cannot open and I won’t be looking for anyone. He agreed to come the next day. And while I was explaining him the works he keep answering his phone not evening saying excuse me and keep saying to the other person on the phone love you baby, I will take u out tonight 8 etc, this is the most worst unprofessional idiot I have seen.
Long story short, his guy never showed up next day 7, I have called him so many times and send so many text messages, he keep disconnected my calls. He didn’t show the courtesy to even send a short text message and tell me he won’t be coming. I wasted my day and my time.
So please DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS GUY, ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. Such an unreliable, unprofessional guy I wouldn’t even trust him wit my electrical work.
I wish if I can give a ZERO STAR. Even though I put 1 star that’s my ZERO For you Mr.Lou.

Lou is unprofessional and unreliable. He confirmed an appointment the evening beforehand then I took the day off work to wait for him to do the job but he never turned up or even returned any of my calls or text messages. Nothing at all not even an apology.
Don’t bother with him if you value your time.

Lou’s Electrical is amazing. I called Lou at 430 and he was able to come to my house at 5 to check out our problems. We had a bunch of wall outlets and light switches not working and tried to fix the problem ourselves but probably just made it worse. Lou came over, went straight to work and fixed each and every outlet. He was the hardest and fastest worker and was so efficient… I don’t know why we ever tried it ourselves. He finished the job in 3 hours, working through his dinner and all for a very reasonable and competitive price. I would highly recommend Lou… he’s honest, hard working and efficient… you’re not going to find anybody better! I know we’ll use him again for all our electrical needs.
