Absolutely the BEST facial I have ever received! Julie’s hands are magical and my face feels amazingly cleaner and shinier than ever. The products were so light and the mask was different than any other. Highly recommend! The Groupon was a perfect price for this service. I will return again and again.

I went here yesterday for a simple haircut, and let me just preface by saying it was anything but that! The owner of the store, Julie, made the experience totally enjoyable. First off, the environment was extremely clean and comfy, and even with customers in there, it felt pretty roomy. Although the place offers a lot of services, this one will be focused on the haircut and shampooing and conditioning.
During the haircut Julie was extremely conversational and she was great at it. Even though I was moving a lot, because I can’t stay still, she still managed to turn a difficult situation into an easy one. I think throughout the cutting process she only ever told me to hold still once. Now coming from a constant «mover» from me, that’s saying a lot! Next, we talked about literally everything. Not one second was boring and she just has a way with entertainment.
Finally, the shampooing and conditioning process with standard and it still just felt great. By the end of it all, I came out with a simple new look — which is exactly what I went in for and she achieved it and more.
4.5÷5 for the hair cut and ⁵⁄₅ for the overall experience! The only reason I don’t give it a ⁵⁄₅ for a haircut because I ACTUALLY asked for a ⁴⁄₅ haircut — keeping it simple. She did better than that so I’ll gave it higher.

This is the best place in town for a massage. Great price, great service! I loved it! Definitely worth it!

A groupon was given to me so I could treat myself. Although the service was friendly, the massage was too rough for me. It is the first time I have had bruises on my back from a massage. I also had a mild reaction to the massage oil.
The facial was great and my skin feels fabulous. I only wish they did extractions as well.
The big issue was the atmosphere. I had my facial and massage in a back room on the first floor and the whole time I kept hearing a staff members child outside in the lobby yelling and playing. There was also a lot of noise from people walking around the upstairs of the salon.
It was very hard to fully relax but I may go back for another facial for the simple fact that my skin looks great from it!

Going here was a gift from someone special who thought I deserved a treat but the visit was a lil less than a treat. When I arrived they had trouble scanning my groupon so they told me I did something wrong. After that frustrating conversation I was lead up stairs. It was hard to relax with the loud ticking clocks and the running back and fourth of the massage person. After the services was completed I was handed a hot bottle of water and asked if I wanted to purchase another seasion when I declined I was asked for a tip by the massage person. I left not feeling relaxed but irritated. Will never go back again!

Groupon fail. I came for a 60 minute facial and it wasn’t nearly as good as ones I’ve had in the past for the same price (50 bucks).
–No discussion about my skin (it’s kind of sensitive and it’s gone haywire now that I’m pregnant).
–No extractions.
–The hand/​shoulder massage was really short.
–Elevator music played the entire time… hopefully you like instrumental versions of 90s soft rock… personally «My Heart Will Go On» just makes me wanna ralph.
Bottom line: I cannot see myself going back and paying full price for this facial.

Very friendly service. The upper body masage itself was excellent. The facial was good too. The reason it didn’t year 5 stars is becuase, I had to switch rooms for facial which felt inconvienent, the massage room was very noisy and felt a little inconvienent since another strange person was getting service too. Also didn’t do a proper job cleaning out black heads, which I’ll address to them in my next visit. Other than that, they are friendly, hardworking, use very good quality products. I would definately go back.
