Mr Water Professional Water Treatment

This person is one of the most rude people I’ve ever had to deal with on the phone. I call them up requesting a water test to see if we have hard water in our new purchased home as part of a home inspection. The person told me that I should know if there was a problem with the water or not prior to me having it tested. I thought that that is the reason why he offered a test of the system to find out if there were problems. They obviously make most of their money selling systems and not caring for the customers that could possibly be future contacts and referrals. If you are not a water treatment specialist you need someone to guide you through what your water is supposed to be like and signs of trouble to look out for when you are purchasing a new home. If a person is not willing to even talk to you about some of the things that you should keep in mind or look for then they should not be your water treatment specialist. I don’t understand how rude people think that they can get customers to work with them long term when there are so many other options available to the public. I contacted him because he seemed like he was willing to give a lot of information based on online videos I have seen when you finally get to call him you realize that that is not who he really is. Avoid it like the plague.

I would like to give them a 0 star if I could. I was looking for a whole house water filtration system. I found their web site and it looks very professional with lots information. I decided to give them a chance. I called and spoken to one of the guy from their sales department. I asked him some basic question regarding the system/​services they provide and what kind of filter system they use. The guy must be very busy. He told me to get the price list from their web site and told me he was too busy to continue conversation with me. Hmmm… They are too busy for my business, my business will going to their competitors.
