Nav-Ex Professional Cleaning Service

I am writing this in response to another reviewer who said the employees broke her picture frame. I came home to a cleaning by Nav-​Ex, and there was a huge gash in the wood part of my wall. I know they did it, but I never said anything because I figured they would deny it. Their cleaning otherwise is just like all the rest. Not really that good. I just employed them because they were located in my neighborhood previously. But, all cleaning companies are mediocre, at best. Break things, at worst…

After my previous review, Luis contacted me directly and offered to replace the broken picture frame. I really appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness. Nav-​ex has been back to clean my home and they did a great job! They were very thorough and made my home sparkle.

This review is for the carpet cleaning service. I am a regular customer of the home cleaning service, and I will give them five stars for that in a different review. Because I am a regular customer I was given a special spring cleaning rate for carpet cleaning. I wasn’t prepared to have the carpets cleaned in the spring, but they held the rate for me to be used at any time. They did an awesome job on my carpets today. For $ 165 I had one master bedroom, living room, dining room and three landings of stairs cleaned. My carpets were definitely a challenge because of my stubborn Maltese. It took only 2 hours. When they were finished, my carpet looked Brand Nu! My house smells fresh and clean already! They were on time, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be using the carpet cleaning service again and again.

Navex is awesome. I’m a single mother of two with a dog and a cat. I’m also a neat freak so I really expect alot. They are very professional and always do an excellent job, I would highly recommend their services. They are great and affordable!

I was displeased with the customer service from this company. The cleaning was okay but it was obvious they did not clean my tub and one was cleaning hard while the other cleaner was being lazy. I felt like the cleaners were rude also. Half way through the cleaning I just wanted them out of my house.

Nav-​Ex has been cleaning our house for years! They do a great job, respond to feedback or specific instructions quickly, are always on schedule, and add little touches throughout. And they are great family providing a service at a good value.
