Piazza Construction did a great job of renewing the look of my old concrete porch and was knowledgeable on how to get old paint off, get nails out of the concrete, use products that adhere to cement and etch it so it will more successfully take new paint… and they also repaired rotten posts holding the porch roof up and did a wonderful job of matching the wood. They are professionals and I would hire them again

Here’s the deal: We’ve hired them twice, once in 2014 and once in 2015. Our experiences using this company have been mixed. Nice people, inconsistent work, great attitude, and Mike thinks that he fulfills projects’ contracts to the letter, which matters. We disagree.
So, same contractor, great first experience with lots of subcontractors and not good second experience with fewer projects, higher bill (that we mistakenly paid before the work was «finished,» and more hemming and hawing, before either doing a fair-to-poor job or leaving it unfinished.
