Prestige Custom Homes

The name of the business is Prestige Custom Homes, but he goes by Joe the Painter. Aside from doing a good job, there are a few rules I have: 1) Start when you say you are going to start. 2) Finish when you say you are going to finish 3) If you aren’t going to be able to follow rules 1 or 2, COMMUNICATE with me. I am reasonable and understand when unexplainables take place. But if you just don’t show up, it will put a damper on our relationship now and in the future. I can’t tell you how many contractors don’t do what they say they will and expect me to refer future business. Prestige not only communicated, but they went above and beyond in the delivery department.
Prestige just completed painting my house and Joe and his crew did an amazing job. His prices were reasonable* (not low, but definitely not the highest) and they paid attention to detail. Every detail. AND as the d-​bag homeowner, I found that I was consistently asking for the additional knick-​knack for them to accomplish (‘Hey Joe, can you do this inside work?’ ‘Hey, Joe, can your guys fix the latch on my fence?’ ‘Hey, Joe, can your guys fix the broken window in my garage?’ ‘Hey, Joe, can you guys re-​finish my front door?’) The answer was always ‘Sure, Mike, no problem.‘
My house looks the best it’s looked ever. His crew was respectful and cleaned up every day. Joe was here every day. He works on 1 job at a time, so you know you are getting the full attention of his team. This is probably the reason they were able to deliver on time.
In addition, he kept me appraised every step of the way. If there were circumstances outside of his control, Joe would be calling me to tell me they *may* be delayed. Though when rain occurred, his crew worked the weekend to try to get back on schedule.
I can’t recommend Joe and his team at Prestige highly enough. My home sparkles thanks to him and Prestige.
*I mention that he’s reasonable because I am convinced you will always get what you pay for. I rarely go with the highest price contractor, but have used the lowest priced contractor before. Big mistake — delays, crews not showing up, and always additional costs they didn’t mention in the beginning.
