Overall it’s a cool place, disappointed that macaroni grill closed though. They have a nice pond (dirty now), but it is great for a family to take walk. Also recently set up a playground in the back corner recently, which there are no signs for.

The Rio is awesome. It’s a great area for visitors and families. It’s one stop shopping. The scenery is priceless on a beautiful day in Gaithersburg, MD. There’s plenty of parking. Everything is within walking distance!

I love working near the Rio!
The lunch options are great, parking is ample, and it’s safe!
It’s basically my everything in one! After I get off from work I head to the gym, and then I can grab a bite to eat, go shopping or head to Target.
