Nice building & also clean. I stop in here pretty often sense the La Fitness is in the same parking lot. The staff always greet u when u walk through the door & they always have items on sale. Whenever I’m thirsty from lifting weights at or even have a headache. This is wear I come to get everything that makes me feel better!

Rite aid is already my favorite drugstore because of their low prices and high inventory, but I drive from Rockville to go to this one because it’s the best in the area. Pharmacy techs are quick and the store is clean and well stocked. And today, one of the managers helped me carry a ton of tp and paper towels to my car(buy 1 get 1 free of course). She was so sweet about it. I haven’t experienced small town customer service like that in a long time.

I go here every month for medications, and the service is always efficient. Today I am writing a review mostly for one of the pharmacists, Abdul(not sure of spelling). He helped me so much to bring down the cost of my medication for this month, since my insurance is taking a moment to get set up. Really nice person, and clearly wants to help the customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially Abdul.

The Pharmacy here is the worst. My doctor faxed the prescription in this morning at 930 and I show up after 5 to pick it up. They then tell me they are out of the medicine. The pharmacist told me she tried calling me and then admitted she probably called the wrong number. The correct number is on the form !! She never tried calling again and I guess her time is much more valuable than the customers. This is horrible customer service and I will never return.

Not a bad looking store. It gets 3 stars because the tall Asian guy in the Pharmacy is a bit rude and not even remotely helpful. He doesn’t know what they carry. I got quite annoyed at him.

I went to get a bunch of sun tan lotion and spray before my vacation. The employee ringing me up was very nice. Fast forward to only a week later returning unused item. I went there today and waited in line to return my item. The manager came up to me and asked me what I am doing. I told her I’m returning. She saw my bag and said all that stuff. I replied with«Yes». She took my receipt and looked at me, frowned, and walked over to the cashier. I asked her is there a problem? and she did not even turn around and said no. Not sure what her problem was but I thought we can return items that are unused and it was only a week later. I actually returned couple items that I bought from CVS a week ago and the people there did not have any complaints and still treated me nicely just as the same as I was buying the products. My recommendation to Rite Aid is if you do not like people returning unused items only a week away then change your return policy.

We wasted money getting our photos printed here. The quality was awful. Streaks across the photos, blotched colors, faces with gradients of colors. It’s as if no one even skimmed the prints before giving them to us. I think the printer was malfunctioning, but someone should have more carefully reviewed those prints — there were only 5 or so and some were 8×10s. I threw out the photos, got my money back for some and will never go here again for prints. It’s a decent store for just shopping, but we’ve had problems getting medicine filled. They don’t have a good stock of meds. We had to change to CVS who had a more plentiful stock, and we didn’t have to wait for a shipment to arrive. Also, this store didn’t automatically provide us with a medicine dropper for infants, as many pharmacies do. They gave us a spoon for a 6 day old. We had to remind them the age of the baby who was receiving the medicine, and they reluctantly gave us a dropper.

No one thinks«glamorous» when they think of Rite Aid, but this little looker of a drug store just had a face lift and I’m liking it. Things are much cleaner(obviously newer) and it feels organized. There’s a woman(who seems to always be working there) that’s incredibly friendly and great about saying«hi». For you nail-polish addicted fiends out there… You’ll be able to get your fix here. They carry Essie, Revlon, and Sally Hansen to name a few brands. The magazine section isn’t as expansive as I’d like but other than that, no complaints. It’s a good spot to get your goods. They also have one of those Blockbuster movie dispensing machines out there for those of you who use it.
