You essentially are not allowed to donate anything that is not in pristine condition, or «looks more than five years old», except for clothes that are older(but still pristine). It’s unfortunate since many good used items could go to the less fortunate, but they only want top dollar items. Expect them to look at what you’re donating and tell you to take it back! Ask an employee for a manager, they’ll tell you it won’t matter.

Donate here? Yes. Getting something from here? Like say for a craft project? Be careful. Rule 1: Don’t make customers feel like you are arbitrarily making things up as you go, even if you are. Rule 2: Don’t try and gyp customers. For the amount of people I see donating here, myself included, the store was pretty bare. There are Lots of untagged items. When I checked out with my frames(for a craft project), I asked the cashier how much one frame was. He on the spot tried to give me a higher price. When I mentioned to him that the untagged frame was the same dimensions as another one I was purchasing, he conceded to the«reduced price.» He rung me up… and rung me up wrong. Now usually, I wouldn’t gripe about 0.99 cents, but feeling the principal of it all, I went back and informed him that he had overcharged me. Rather than immediately give me a refund, he thought for a second and asked if I could pick something else out in the store. I get its a thrift store and the dollar value is minimal, but I don’t like feeling like you are ripping customers off, especially since you have signs plastered everywhere in big bold letters that there are no refunds of any kind allowed. I’ve visited many a thrift store and this one puts the others to shame for this very reason. Shame on you guys.

BEWARE… make sure your purchases make it into your bag Wednesday is 50% off. Found some good deals and paid for 10 pieces. Helped put back the hangers and didn’t notice the two nicest suit jackets didn’t make it home. The recept show they were paid for but they were not put in the bag.

I have found some amazing bargains here, including sweaters, professional shirts and jackets, and I feel good about donating here. Huge selection and the staff are friendly.

This place is a whole in the wall. You really have to look hard for bargains. Wednesdays is when everything is 50% off. the lines are long. Though, the store just gives me a sick feeling. which is why i totally understand why some of the staff wears gloves when handling the clothes. Do not wear any of these clothes off the rack. They really need to be laundered 2x’s. Some of the clothes are stained. Pay attention to the labels. A lot of the clothes are from Walmart and Target and some of them are priced as the same as what Wallyworld and Target would charge. The employees are nice some dont speak English but I rather deal with that then some stuck up airheads from Mean Girls who think they are working on Rodeo… at that Mustard Seed store or Lipstick Lounge.

This store is HUGE! The staff is super friendly if not terribly knowledgable. The store is organized and clean, I did not expect that. There’s a really great selection of furniture, lots of couches, dining tables, dressers and entertainment centers and all in really good condition. They give you three days to come and pick up your furniture in case you don’t have room when you are there. Large selection of clothes too! For $ 150 I bought a desk, a chair, a nightstand, a vanity table, a retro footrest, a drafting table and a bunch of little stuff. Amazing right!!!
