After dealing with MATTRESS WAREHOUSE in Frederick where the staff there were nothing but overbearing men, that thought I was an innocent, unknowledgable female, I ended up going to SEARS. I went in and actually laid on some different mattresses for awhile before any sales associate approached me and when she did she gently came over and said are you comfy and I said yes and she said My name is Charlotte and if you have any questions I work in the mattress dept and I can help you and then she walked away. I then went on to try a few more (without her following me around) and found one that I LOVE. I purchased it and Charlotte made the whole process easy, mind settling and I was confident after leaving. The mattress was delivered yesterday and the delivery men were awesome, on time and not creepy. HaPPy HaPPy HaPPy

It’s pretty pitiful that when we came here to buy a lawnmower, and my husband (who hadn’t mowed a lawn in over 20 years) knew more about the lawnmowers then the guy that was «helping» us.
Fortunately, we came armed with the exact brand, make and model of what we wanted. We just wanted to know what the difference between the one that we wanted and the next model up was — since the price difference was only $ 50. The guy couldn’t tell us, but that’s fine, we were happy with the model we had picked out… we just wanted to be sure that there wasn’t some new awesome can’t live without functionality in the higher model lawnmower.
All in all, a quick transaction. We paid, went to the car, pulled up to the loading dock, and the mower was in the back of the car before my Iced Soy Latte from Starbucks even started to melt. Nice.
P. S. Protip to people looking to buy a house… you know that gorgeous huge lawn that you admired so much at that last house that you looked at? Yeah, just keep in mind… you have to MOW that sucker. Also keep in mind, all those lovely hills and slopes on your property that gives it so much landscaping potential… remember that you will have to push a lawnmower UP those hills and slopes. WHY WHY WHY did we buy a house with a huge lawn and TWO major hills on it? WHHHHY?
