Great beer at a beautiful location. The flight included 7 different beers, all interesting and delicious. The atmosphere was more similar to a bar scene than a small brewery which is appealing to a specific demographic. A fun Friday/Saturday night hang out. The blizzard spiced ale was my favorite :)

We came for happy hour last night and had a blast. The premise of this brewery is that they use farm-grown – at Waredaca – ingredients to brew. The beers are really delicious – our group had the Little Dam Honey Wheat, Beecher IPA, Bunkhouse Saison, Blizzard Winter Spice Ale, Reveille Coffee Stout, and Cabin 3 Berliner Weisse. My favorite was the Saison. It was refreshing, smooth and easy to drink. The Honey Wheat was a little hoppy for a wheat ale, but it was still good. The Winter Spice Ale was very dark, but also really good. The atmosphere of the main seating area is awesome. It’s all reclaimed wood and chalkboards. They have a combination of high-top tables, bar seats, lower tables, as well as some sofas and coffee tables. Plus, they have a patio out back with picnic tables over-looking sprawling horse pastures. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can sit there. Plenty of room for large or small groups. You can bring your own food/snacks or you can buy them there. We got cheese and crackers and hummus with pita chips. Both were tasty. Also worth noting, you can buy beers to go! They have a canning machine right behind the bar, so just pick your poison and they’ll pour you a big 32oz can for you to take home. The two guys working the taps were super friendly and funny. They told us that they’re going to have live music every other Saturday. We are so excited to have a place like this so close. We are looking forward to coming back again(and again)!
