Herb Shop

I’ve been to this shop two times with inquiries and will not return. The first visit I was not greeted by the young lady at the counter and when she was asked questions in regard to products she acted as if she didn’t know anything about what they sold. I was not impressed by her customer service or lack of personality by how she had the «high school I’m better than you attitude» in how she spoke.
The 2^nd visit was pretty much the same as the first. This time I was greeted by an older lady and when asked about their «spa» services she is looking at me as if I’m crazy until I followed with «massages» and finally caught on to what I was wanting to know. I also felt as if I was not welcomed by her use of «not caring» tone. I suppose I expect too much in regard to customer service. I will not return to this shop due to their small town, I don’t know who you are so you don’t matter attitudes. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
