We hired Landscape Concepts, Inc in 2011 and would not hire them again. All of the following public information and more can be confirmed by contacting the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board. We filed claims for breach of contract and improper work(LCB claim 7334 – 101). The board determined that our contract was illegal and issued civil penalty as disciplinary action in case 11−08−370. As a general rule of thumb when hiring any contractor, ALWAYS check with the appropriate contracting board for complaints first and make sure the contractor is licensed and bonded/insured. If you find a complaint that has gone to the board and through the entire mediation and settlement process, you can bet there are dozens more problems that went unreported.

I have had the pleasure working with this company a couple times the first time a couple years ago I had a sprinkler System installed, and Landscaping, I cannot say enough, they were fantastic, the project was done very quickly, Lisa was very knowledgeable regarding the Plants I wanted, and whether they would work in the areas that needed help. The. Project was completed on time and I love everything they did. There is great follow-up after the project was finished, and if There were any issues they were promptly followed up and completed to my satisfaction. This last summer we had a paver patio installed in our backyard to replace a outdated deck., they were very easy to work with. Again had the project done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Amber had many ideas, and when completed were exactly what I wanted! Amber, Lisa and their team are very profession in their business and I would not hesitate to call on them again for another project.
