These guys and galls (Hi Hannah) really deliver. I was happy to receive exactly what I ordered, which was a pretty complicated copper gutter parts order needed to repair and retro-​fit and existing copper gutter system.
I knew I would need to mix and match systems, which is always a danger in doing. (Basically you should normally just choose a system and stick to it throughout.) In this case the gutters were existing, but the previous hanger system needed replacement.
They were nice enough to ship me a sample hanger (solid brass), and a small section of their gutter free of charge. That was fantastic and more than I could have asked for, since these are not exactly cheap give-​away parts. The test samples worked for my particular (and unusual) repair. And the quality of their parts was very good. I think they might be made in the USA as well, which would be cool if that’s the case. (Might want to confirm this though if important to you.)
Hannah worked with me through the ordering process, during which I had to make several changes to the order before finally placing it. I’m also usually a little hesitant ordering online when I can’t really examine the parts up close, but it all worked out.
In the end, all three boxes showed up exactly as ordered. The repair was a success and the homeowner was extremely pleased. A win for everyone.
