This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. We came in during the morning to order a washer and dryer combo. They told us that they come with everything needed and they will help install them. There were posters all over the walls saying guaranteed same day delivery. As soon as we signed the paperwork they tried to set up delivery for a few days out. We told them we expected them to follow through with what they advertised but the best time they could come up with was in the morning the next day. After missing their appointment time the next morning we called multiple times to find out when they would be here. They explained to us that their delivery guy quit on his lunch break. Which is after the time they were supposed to be here. About 6pm the manager shows up at our house with none of the equipment needed for the job and he enlisted the help of our downstairs neighbor to help him move our machines into our apartment. During the process they managed to tear a hole in the linoleum which they said they would send someone out later to fix. They never did. Once the machines are almost in place we realize that they didn’t bring a dryer hose. Our neighbor once again saves the day and gives us half of his dryer hose and connected everything himself with our tools. The manager then thought the best course of action would be to offer him an unsolicited job, in our kitchen, while using our tools. Don’t try to go in early in the morning to make a payment while running errands either, due to the fact that they are the last business in the entire shopping center to open. We showed up to make a payment at 9:15am and were told they don’t open their doors until 10am. But they have no problem with calling you at 9:30am to remind you about your payment. When we questioned them about why they were calling customers before operating hours they explained that they had too many phone calls to make and that they didn’t have time to do that and everything else in the store when they open. The fact that they can not keep enough staff should not become a customer concern. We feel that this particular location has a lot of work to do when it comes to improving their level of professionalism and customer service skills.

I really don’t have anything positive to say about this business. I went in looking for a couch set, on a temporary basis. The price quoted me was around $ 70/month. I paid in advance and put myself on the delivery schedule for a saturday. I looked at the schedule for that day and I was the first person scheduled. Well, Saturday came and they didn’t show, didn’t call, until I finally called, 1 hour after they were supposed to be there. I got attitude from the store’s general manager, and the crew didn’t show up for another hour. They then had me sign a billion papers, and tried to make my payment over $ 100 a month!!! Lots of «add ons» and hidden fees with this company. We have had the couches for a month and in that time we’ve found two bugs, a random bra and pair of panties from the previous owners… and it smells funny. Needless to say, they are getting their furniture back, and wont ever get my business or a referral from me again.
