I’ve been using Keller’s for repairs on my personal vehicles for about 10 years now. My first experience with them was with a 1998 Chevy Malibu that had had the calipers replaced under warranty 4 different times by the dealership. When the car went out of warranty and had the same problem for the 5th time, I went to Keller’s based on the referral of a 60+ year local resident. They replaced the calipers and I never had a problem with them again. Most recently, the alternator went out on my 2004KIA. They were able to arrange a tow with a local towing company that also happened to be the lowest priced of the 3 that I called. The car was brought to their shop, where they paid for the tow, charges for which were simply added to my bill with no additional fees. Communication was good, the prices were fair, parts were ordered, only when I got the call that the car was ready, the price was HALF of what I’d been quoted. It turns out it wasn’t the alternator after all, but rather just a wire that ran between it and the car. It’s doubtful I’d have known the difference had they not told me, thus further increasing my impression of total trustworthiness. The only down side is that they can’t do computer diagnostics for(assuming) foreign vehicles past 2002. Mechanical issues are no issue, but if your problem is computer-related, you may still be stuck going to the dealership.
