Delta Physical Therapy

I had my first PT session at Delta Physical Therapy today, and I have to say… the staff here is incredible! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just all around awesome! I could see the team work amongst the staff, and the excellent customer service towards those of us trying to get healed. I highly recommend them, and I look forward to my next session (never thought I’d say that! lol)

I started PT for «frozen shoulder» in early May. In five weeks I had more than doubled my range of motion and the exercises I learned will help me continue at home. The main reason for my review is to express my total satisfaction with DPT Mary Barra and her staff. First of all, I did not have to wait to get started, where Elk Grove PT was going to have me wait two weeks. Secondly, I noticed big improvement from the start.
The best thing about my experience was Mary’s attentive, caring manner. It’s rare that you leave any medical office and feel that the practitioner actually listened and cared. Every visit i noticed her interaction with patients, which was always upbeat and positive. She really knows her «stuff» as I progressed rapidly and was able to end my treatment early.
Dan, the other DPT treated my friend for other issues and gets his total positive reviews. Peter, Brittany, Cassie round out the assistants and were consistent, polite and very helpful. I will miss them for now. I definitely will return if needed.

So impressed how Mary DPT found the best therapy for my injury so quickly! It was nice to have a sense of relief instead of a sense of fear of further pain which was not the case at all for me! I actually look forward to my appointments so I may get assistance with my injury and pain.
The facility is compact. and clean! The staff (Mary, Dan, Brittany, Peter, Casey, and volunteer Will) are awesome, extremely personable, and very attentive! The environment is definitely a feel of family!
Patients are immediately known by their fist name and the staff is ready to help! They genuinely help you work towards your own individual goals! Mary is bilingual (Spanish/​English)!
I am still in treatment and know it will be a love hate the day I have to stop! Thank Mary and team for your awesome service!
