I’ve had this company out to my house 4 times to fix my Samsung washer. At the first visit they told me the water valve was out and that it would be 191 $ to fix and the diagnosis was 85 $. Well that didn’t fix the problem and they said it was the computer that was the problem which cost me another 240 $. Not even a day later my washer went out again and they came out again and now its the water pump which is going to cost 100 $. How can so many things go wrong with a 2 year old washer? Now I am trying to get ahold of the company to fix the water pump and they will not return my calls, I have left 3 voice mails. They are defiantly avoiding me. Not professional! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for robbing me 440 $

Horrible! I would give them 0 star if I can. My home insurance sent this company to fix my dishwasher. I told them that my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes. The first technician said he ran all the diagnostics with no problems, so he left saying that he couldn’t find any problems. I used the dishwasher again and the dishes are still not getting cleaned, so I called the home insurance and they did a recall on my service request. But before they came out, I tried to figure out the problem myself. It seems like the thing that rotates and spits out water to clean the dishes is getting stuck from the pipe that connects from the back where water is coming from. Now why didn’t that guy figure that out. So, the second guy came and I told him what I figured out. So, he said he needs to order some parts, because he also found out that the pipe is not lining up with the connector where the water is coming from. I tried to call them two days after, but nobody was answering my calls and left several messages and nobody returned my calls, so I called the home insurance and asked them for the status and they didn’t have any. The home insurance didn’t even know that Fix-Right already came to my house, and they said that they’ll try to find out what’s going on. The insurance company told me when they called back that they called the company twice and nobody answered the calls and to return calls either, so they transferred the service call to somebody else. What a waste of time.
