Find a different Physician. He is not a healer in my opinion and does not care about his patients. Clearly he doesn’t know how to smile, look you in the eye and ask how you are nor give proper healthcare. After a few times seeing him for different things the last straw was my knee. It was killing me at night, so I requested an MRI and to see a Specialist. After an xray, he said nothing showed up and I was denied further treatment. I was asked by his assistant what kind of pain meds do I want. Seriously?! I wanted a diagnosis and treatment, not drugs! Luckily, I changed Physicians. It was determined I had a few issues going on with my knee. A ‘Specialist’ gave me a cortisone shot (helped immediately!) and set me up with physical therapy. I am finally pain free at night and can finally sleep throughout the night again after eight months! I am disgusted with Dr O and River City for that matter. There is sooooo much more negative stuff I experienced with this place, but I think you get the idea. Good riddance!
