Papa Murphy’s

I love me some Papa Murphy’s, but this store is the exception. The kids running (ruining?) the place need to take a lesson from Raley’s down the street. I was there trying to choose between potato salads. I asked the deli counter gal if she could tell me about them. She couldn’t but went out of her way to find someone who could. ACCOMMODATING THE CUSTOMER! And then she let me taste two types and didn’t even want me to buy the container of the one I choose! Great service. Next stop, Papa Murphy’s, where I ordered from every Sunday for the last two months. I ordered the same special with a substitution and the kid remembered me right away. But the girl taking the order only got the part I didn’t want pepperoni and once the pizza was paid for said I couldn’t get one meat substituted for another. I’m a consistent customer who just wanted sausage instead of pepperoni. NOPE, you have to explain that before you pay for the pizza (even tho I’ve been doing it all along) or the computer system might go into failure and cause a massive breakdown of the west coast stores. JUST give me a handful of sausage, you morons! I walked out before they finished the pizza and never walked back. ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER!

We frequent here a lot now that we live in Galt. We’ve had nothing but good experiences. The customer service is good and they prepare the food quickly. I also like that they have a gluten free crust so I can enjoy pizza, although its not strictly paleo its still better than nothing.

Great service, great kids. always very pleasant. The pizza is a great value. Chicken Bacon Artichoke is fantastic!

Pizza always tastes good, but the staff are not professional, and very unknowledgable in their work — not too helpful. Got my last pizza I purchased home, and there was a long black hair on the pizza. We called consern ing the problem and they asked if the manager could call us back, so we shared our next day availability with them. And, their response was «we will be pretty busy tomorrow, can we call back at a different date?» They were just very unprofessional, and did not want to address the problem.

The chicken artichoke is fantastic. As was the service. Bring back the bacon bacon bacon pizza PLEASE!

Friendly and sometimes takes expired coupons. It can be pricey for what it is (pizza I have to take home and bake for $ 15?! No thanks…) but that is what coupons are for. Overall delicious!

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 40 minutes, others (without pre-​orders) came and went. Although I was asked my name 7 times, my order remained elusive… ticket buried at the bottom of a phone in pile. All this was acceptable until the snotty pizza maker gave me major attitude when I became obviously annoyed. When I asked for a refund, she refused, finally shoving the pizza my direction with expired cookie dough and a half-​assed apology. Never again.

I’ve placed my order over the phone and they told me it will take 30 minutes. I got there an hour later and my pizza still was not made. When I got there, there as a line of people and have to wait 15 minutes and the employees were not too friendly.

This place has saved my life many times. We go here about once per month and use our coupons. The best bang for the buck!

they are awesome so much better than the one in lodi. nice employees i drive all the way up there just to avoid the lodi store

i am a Huge fan of papa murphys and my family was excited when we got on in town and at the same time it sucks because we have a lot more of it
overall awesome!

Pretty good take and bake pizza. Also has a wide verity of choices too.
