Let me count the ways I hated my stay: (1) Was greeted with a pile of dirty towels & a bag of trash in the hallway, which remained until the next day; (2) A flea jumped on my hand when I reached for the pen on the desk; (3) Furnishings were grim & beyond any amount of Febreze fabric refresher; (4) Door to 2d floor balcony does not lock, so this traveling alone woman didn’t feel very safe; (5) Beds are hard as rocks; (6) Absolutely the worst wi-​fi I have ever experienced in all of my travels. In fact, I was never able to log into the alleged wi-​fi; and (7) abysmal breakfast offerings. Now, the best part of my stay: the front desk staff. They were awesome. The young woman who worked the evening shift seriously deserves a raise. She was kind, pleasant & informative.

The room was filthy. For 250 bucks it was a total ripoff. Management gave a very tiny discount. The pictures speak for themselves.

We had an ocean view room very nice and clean, staff was friendly and attentive. Was a bit pricey for the holiday weekend but other than that was very satisfied with the room and staff I would stay here again, but not on a holiday weekend. Also mattress was a little hard not for people with bad backs.

Ocean view, clean, comfy and friendly staff… Free breakfast and free wifi… not a continental breakfast… they have eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins… etc… There was nothing that i didn’t like about this place… This is a great hotel.

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Stephanie (the front desk clerk) provided us this weekend. We visited your hotel because my family and I because we were going on a cruise. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. One night we were running late for dinner with some friends and we stopped and asked Stephanie if it was safe to leave a load of laundry in the dryer while we were out at dinner. She said yes, then when we got back our clothes were missing out of the dryer. When we got to our room, we found the clothes in our room, and Stephanie had even folded the clothes for us. WOW, that’s amazing customer service.
Because of her efforts, we had a amazing stay at your hotel. We will continue to visit your hotel in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let Stephanie, as well as the other employees in the hotel (who were all extremely helpful and kind), know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued.

I had called ahjead to see about adding 1 more day to our stay and had asked about a spa/​hot tub. ‘It’s working’. We take our shorts and went to use it to find it cold. The lady at the front said, oh yea, some boiler problem. The day we leave their’s hot water coming off.
We skipped the free breakfast after having eaten it the first day. Powdered eggs. The good thing was a waffle maker.
The room was good sized. Everything worked. Maybe I’m too picky but the 3 stars says ‘A-​OK’ and I can’t say that.

Other than the friendly staff, I don’t have anything good to say about this hotel. Mildew smell from the moment you walk in. elevator and hallways smell like body odor and dirty laundry. Had blood stained sheets, and feces on my shower wall. Pretty disgusting. This place is in dire need of a refurbishment. Pretty obvious that this franchise is privately owned and the owners do most everything on the cheap… as evidenced by the many signs of lack of maintenance and/​or botched repair attempts.
Never ever again.

Cheap. Nice location. Clean.
Cheap for the quality I think and we enjoyed our stay for a night.
And they also offer free Continental Breakfast.

The hallways smelled like dirty armpits, but otherwise it was a nice hotel and the restrooms and beds were clean.
