i have came here several times, and every single time i come the sweet tea is disgusting, it tastes like they do not clean the tea urns and this final experience has completely turned me off to this establishment, i will never come again

Been here a few times and order only curly fries and stuffed jalapeños and every time the staffs service is excellent and food is made perfectly as in fries are not undercooked or over cooked, just perfect. Been here multiple times and so far perfect.

My food was fast and delicious. More importantly, everyone in the restaurant was happy. For a moment, I thought I was the happiest person in Galveston. I thought I heard dolphins jumping through the waves and singing Sweet Caroline. I was wrong. They put too many grilled onions on my burger. I was not unhappy when I left the parking lot.

I am sitting at this jack in the box and Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes for 6 tacos. The most ridiculous wait Ive ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. This is slower than most sit down restaurant. Its not a surprise if you see the slow movement of the staff here. Everyone spends half their time staring at the screen. It looks like they cant keep the order in their head for more than 1 minute and everyone likes to work REALLY REALLY SLOWLY. Avoid this place at all costs. AWFUL.

Such a great Jack in the Box!
Jack would be proud of this one! His big foam head smiles down on this restaurant!
The location is convenient and easy to access. It has a great drive-​thru lane that easily accommodates my car.
The food was all delicious– I especially like their fries and milkshakes!
The restaurant is new, the place is clean and well lit.
I was quite happy with the service, as they were prompt, friendly and always smiling. I’ll certainly be back to this Jack in the Box!

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the hamburger I ate about 8:30 pm on Tuesday, May 27th. When I can hold something down again, I can guarantee it won’t be from Jack in the Box.

Food was quick — hot burgers and fries — like it should be. Service was quick as well as honest. I left my purse at the table — returned 30 minutes later — and was promptly met at the counter by a young lady who remembered me. She returned my purse to me and everything was still in there — cash and jewelry and credit cards! I will definitely be visiting this location every time I visit Galveston, TX.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Waited… no kidding…30 minutes for our order, everyone else was complaining and walking out, the staff was goofing off talking to their friends who had come in. When we finally got our order, part of it was missing and the rest was wrong. Had to send back the unedible stuff, but was afraid to complain too much for fear of getting my food spit in. The manager was even on site, but she had zero control over the rest of the staff… she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to do the jobs of half a dozen people because everyone else was lounging and visiting.
