I received great service here. I had a pair of stadium seats from the Astrodome that I wanted to ship to my home in Ohio; they weighed about 100 lbs. total. My first stop was at the UPS Store. The employee over there quoted me $ 250, and seemed generally disinterested in helping me out. I headed over to the Mail Room, where I dealt with a really helpful guy named Steve. Right off the bat he quoted me $ 191. Then he suggested that we try to detach the two seats from each other, to get an even better rate. He went and got a socket set, we got the two seats split apart, and I was out the door for $ 151. He probably spent about 25 minutes providing me with great service. It was like night and day versus dealing with the UPS Store. Skip the UPS Store and go right to these guys.
