Galveston, TX
Nice local gym. It has everything you need for a great workout without the crowds. Usually there are only one or two people there. It gets a little more crowded after work but never too crowded.
No classes just machines and some weights. They have great ice water and coffee plus headphones and towels. for use if needed.
