The fact that I had to pay $ 400 for my new tag and title isn’t their fault. I have to keep reminding myself that when I want to give a 1-​star. lol! Seriously though, I was in and out in 5 minutes and the lady who helped me switch over my tags and register my new-​to-​me car was knowledgeable and helpful, as well as friendly-​enough and efficient, which I appreciated it. Yes, it cost a little extra to go to Direct Express, but you pay for all the sanity you keep as a result of NOT having to go to the MVA/​DMV. Definitely the way to go if you ask me.

I bought a car in Pennsylvania and went there to pay taxes, get it titled and tagged. No other customers were present (as usual) and I got in and out with everything done in about 15 minutes! The customer service rep was knowledgable about what I needed and was very courteous. I always renew my vehicle registration there if I forget about it and time is a factor. The services are limited as it IS NOT A FULL SERVICE MVA. But they are good at what they do and you can’t beat the convenience!

This place is not real helpful. You would expect some service or convenience from a tag and title shop, but not here. You’re better off just sucking it up and going to the MVA.
