Jill and all of her staff are the best I’ve ever delt with. We have 2 dogs and they truly loved them and cared for them. I was so much at ease knowing that my dogs were being well taken care of. The sitter left a note every day letting me know how the girls did during their visit. There was never any problem with communication with Jill. Our schedule had several changes during our 2 years working with Higgins and Friends, but Jill was always willing and able to work with us. My girls were always very happy and not hyper or anxious when I got home from work. It was very obvious that they had been exercised, played with and loved. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jill and her staff are the ONLY people I trust to take care of my cat. They are alway accommodating and no date I throw at them is an issue. It makes traveling stress free knowing that they are taking care of my pet. I recommend them to any pet owner!!!

I can not say enough good things about Jill, and especially about Crystal! They are so flexible, friendly, and most of all great to my little girl! Maggie absolutely LOVES Crystal, as I found out after seeing her at a fundraiser in Annapolis — the Mags went crazy as soon as she smelled Crystal! It was AWESOME to see. The prices are very reasonable, and Jill has never given me a hard time if I forgot to leave the cash/check on the day they came (I sent it in as soon as I remembered!).
Seriously — use HIggins! You won’t be sorry!
