I love it here! Very cozy– homelike atmosphere! I’ve had no problems visiting while doing my laundry here. Tvs & coffee when/​if you’d like! Not to mention they have a variety of magazines. Even more than you’d see @ salons! This is my go-​to!

I love it here! It’s cozy and feels like home. Staff is always friendly, and it’s clean. Been to other laundry places, but I don’t think I will be going back to them. I like that there is someone working here at all times.

I’ve been here multiple times now and I can say that based on where I live, this is the only one that I trust and have a safe feeling while I’m inside. Living in Dearborn heights, I’ve noticed that there aren’t too many Laundromats around. I went to a couple before and I did not feel safe in them at all. Since going to chads, I have met a bunch of friendly people and have had absolutely no issues what so ever with their staff, and they are very friendly which is always a big plus for me!!!

Washers are little pricy but cheaper than some other places in the area. Dryers are 25 cents per 10 minutes. They have wifi access. Just ask the person on staff for the password.

Westland, MI
The machines are expensive, and in the summer their air conditioning isn’t up to the challenge and it reaches nearly 100 degrees in the building. The dryers are TOO hot but don’t dry the clothes. I won’t go there again.
