Everytime I come into this store I end up leaving with a smile on my face.
Fossil offers real leather products at an affordable price. I love how simple, but stylish their designs are. It’s so me.
The customer service is through the roof.
I came in looking for a bag that wasn’t sold at Macys. I saw it as soon as I stepped in. The staff is always patient as they give you time to look around before asking to assist.
I also learned from the knowledgable associate that my watch that I bought from last year was an interchangable band. So I bought new watch band and I was so happy they told me because I would have just bought a whole new watch.
They gave me 10% off my purchase which was much appreciated.

I’ve been in here a few times. I’m a big fan of Fossil watches and don’t wear any other brands. My boyfriend got me a beautiful white watch 2 years ago for Christmas and I still wear it every day. The battery recently died and it was incredibly easy and affordable to get it replaced.
