Friendly and efficient. They communicated well and did not force me into purchasing services I did not need but did a great job of letting me know what needs to be done to my vehicle.

I really enjoyed going to grease monkey. I was honestly dreading going to get an oil change. Usaully you have to wait or make an apointment. Not here they are first come first server. Not to mention they are polite, friendly, and do a great job. The only reason they got a four instead of five star was due to a smell that drove me nuts in the office. I do not know what it was but it bugged me. Great job guys and please stick an airfreshner in the office or somthing.
