Jamba Juice

Was frequenting this place for smoothie bowls for lunch for weeks. Literally eating here 3 days out of the week for lunch and always on a Friday during Lent.
Sweet little girl at the register occasionally gave me coupons for a smoothie or a smoothie bowl.
Came one day and used one of the smoothie bowl coupons to receive my standard 12 oz smoothie bowl that I order ALL OF THE TIME for about $ 2.50 cheaper than it normally is. Took forever to make and when the new man who I had never seen before behind the counter tried to hand it to me, it was only ¼ of the way full. (See photo) I refused to take it and asked him why it wasn’t full. He replied «it’s only the 12 oz size.» And I told him I was well aware of that, but why would he not fill it up like it normally comes?
Here’s the kicker. Are you ready? He says to me, I shit you not … «It’s only $ 4, what do you want from me? What did you expect?»
I told him that I use the coupon every few visits and that the 12 oz bowl always looks the same whether I pay full price or use a coupon. He says «maybe you shouldn’t use a coupon next time.» I literally LOLed in his face in disbelief. I told him how dumb he was for admitting to a very good regular customer that he intentionally skimped out on my bowl because I did not pay full price, and that I would be taking my service over to red mango and getting my acai bowls there instead. He said «ok good luck.»
I emailed Jamba corporate and it’s been three weeks with no answer.
Never ever ever ever again. Ever.
The moral of the story is: stay in school kids. Don’t become this cranky middle aged bastard peeling fruits behind a mall counter for $ 9 an hour. It will make you so miserable to the point that you take it personally when a pretty, young, successful female like me decides to use a coupon. Then you realize it’s not your establishment and you’re only slinging smoothies for your shitty pay rate to make some Californian CEO richer.

I don’t always drink smoothies, but when I do, I go to Jamba Juice. I like Jamba Juice as I find their smoothies to be delicious and high quality, their prices are reasonable, and the service at the locations I have been to, most notably this one, has been excellent. I went there today as I was craving a Mango-​A-​Go-​Go smoothie, which has mango, passion fruit, and pineapple sherbet. When I arrived, I was greeted by a personable and professional male employee, who was ready to take my order for a small (16-​ounce) Mango-​A-​Go-​Go smoothie. There was another lady there, who was also friendly and efficient, who prepared my drink to perfection and quickly. As my drink was being prepared, I paid $ 5.97 for my smoothie, which was reasonable for the quality and portion size. I received my smoothie, but before I left, I appreciated the male employee’s desire for me to come back for repeat business, as he gave me a non-​expiring coupon for a $ 3 All Fruit Smoothie or $ 4 Energy Bowl as well as a survey, which would give me a free drink of equal or lesser value on my next purchase, which was very much appreciated as I will take advantage of these discounts, which would work to Jamba Juice’s advantage as it helps to build customer loyalty. After leaving Jamba Juice with my drink in tow, I found the Mango-​A-​Go-​Go Smoothie to be superb, with sweet and sour flavors from the mango, passion fruit, and pineapple sherbet, a cold temperature, and a smooth and creamery texture. Overall, I will definitely patronize Jamba Juice again when I am in the mood for a smoothie.

Line moves quickly they are nice and seems to be on point I’m still in the mall on a Sunday its 8 mins after 7 and technically the mall is closed but they’re still open. The waiting for your drink line moves a little slower then to pay. Love there fresh delicious drinks

I love Jamba Juice I need one close to were I live. I love the all green apple drinks. Yummy !

Which place is this because there are TWO Jamba Juices in the R.F.M.
Regardless of the locations, I love me some Jamba Juice. From their juices to their smoothies, you can’t beat a healthy drink.
And speaking of, not only are do they provide delish juices, «My» all time favorite are their oatmeal bowls! Banana and nuts, amazing!
Why do they open at 10am??? I need them to be open at 7am! Otherwise, I’m going to Penn Station.
Jamba Juice, I’m a fan!

This Jamba Juice is right next to the food court. It’s weird because there are two within a staircase of each other but this one seems more legit.
The staff is really friendly and one of the girls even heated up a fresh waffle for me which I though is really nice.
Jamba Juice is really good at making reasonably priced smoothies with fresh fruit and juice. The glass panels show the staff doing all of the blending together and the classic smacking the blender for the smoothie to come out happens too. It’s a greatly ace to go for a quick snack.

Today, I decided to purchase a peach mango smoothie while shopping, but while I was paying, I had to look for some change to finish paying. The cashier became impatient, even though it had been less than 30 seconds, not to mention that I was the only one on line. She gave me quite an attitude the rest of the time.
Now, onto the peach mango smoothie; it was quite possibly one of the worst smoothies I have ever had. You couldn’t even tell what flavor it was, plus it was very watery.
Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone I know, and I will be buying my smoothies from another location in the mall from now on.

Conveniently located in Roosevelt Field Mall, Jamba Juice is my fav place to go grab something delightful. Try white gummi and pink starburst! DO IT!

I was in the mood for a smoothie while walking around Roosevelt Field.
I stopped at Jamba Juice to give it a shot.
I tried the Mega Mango smoothie.
The service was fast and friendly and the store was clean.
There were 3 workers, One took the orders and gave out the drinks, The other made the drinks and the third help make the drinks.
The system seemed to work great.
The drink was good, Not the best i ever had.

Good place to chill down in the summer.
