Great quality canvases; good quality cards. The photographers are very skilled, and they have nice props and backgrounds to help create pretty photographs.
However, if you are getting children photographed, DEMAND that they provide an assistant to the photographer to hold up toys and otherwise get your children to pose and smile. I had children photographed here twice and without this assistant, the photographs would have been horrible. Also, do not make an appointment for photographs anytime near a holiday – you will be waiting to be called for hours, while your children completely mess up their hair and outfits.

OMG. You make an appointment for 11:00 be lucky if they take you at 12:00. They say there is a 10 minute sitting fee, I can’t imagine how much the families are paying for their ½ hour or 45 minute sitting fee with the babies. They need to give them more time and a separate photographer. «We’re running behind» seems to be their robotic theme. And, if you come 5 minutes late like a woman did, you have to come back or wait for all the others to be done. They are so overworked and disorganized. And, sorry I did not mention that all, all, all of the photos I had done came out blurry and with no «head room» Top of my head was at top of frame. Ditzes don’t take classes in this do they? What a waste. Just wanted a head shot for business and it wasted 3 hours of my time. Plus, the CD takes THREE weeks to get back! I do not recommend this place unless you have a gift certificate, don’t waste your time and money!
