Took my son to this location for a treat, his grandma gave him a TCBY gift card for Christmas. Upon presenting the gift card, employee stated they do not honor TCBY gift cards not purchased from this store. Employee was nice enough. However, his manager then walked in and was nothing but rude and obnoxious. He said that it says on the back of the card that it’s only redeemable at participating locations (which to be fair, was masked by a label.
Not happy at all, the manager just kept talking saying his machine won’t take it. When I paid and took the credit card, the manager starts yapping after me saying I gave him a dirty look like I was trying to pick a fight. Incredulously, I responded that he needs to rethink what he’s saying because it really doesn’t matter. Keep in mind, this was all in front of my son. This manager kept talking at which point I responded that we’re trying to enjoy some frozen yogurt with my family and really wasn’t there to engage in a confrontation.
I’m still in shock, this manager was a bully at best and really shouldn’t be running a family-​oriented froyo shop. Shouting in front of kids? Absolutely shameful.

Some of the best tasting vanilla froyo ive had. Love the seasonal watemelon, and the orange sorbet is like crack. Customer service is always with a smile and thats why my fiancé and i have been coming here for years!

I was having a craving for frozen yogurt a couple weeks ago (yes, I know it was the dead of winter), so a friend and I decided to check out TCBY. I’m a big fan of 16 Handles/​Red Mango/​etc, but I couldn’t remember the last time I had tried TCBY.
It was a Sunday night around 8 PM so it was pretty empty when we walked in. I quickly picked my go to flavors: cookies & cream & birthday cake. We paid, and then sat down. The flavors weren’t very strong, and it started to melt pretty quickly. It did enough to satisfy the craving, but with the numerous of fro-​yo joints readily available, I probably won’t be going back to TCBY.

I had not been here since they switched it to self serve. Their prices have gone up drastically! First of all, I could not find anywhere in the store that listed a price per ounce. When I served myself what looked like a small portion of yogurt and toppings I was shocked to see my total was $ 8.50! I have never paid such a high price for frozen yogurt. I only had 13 ounces total. I asked for samples and they were extremely stingy. They did not let me serve my own samples even though the store is self serve. The employee gave me the stingiest samples. The sample cup was not even filled half way. The reason I gave them three stars instead of two is the quality of the yogurt was great. White chocolate mousse and cake batter were fantastic. I’ll be back if I’m in the area again. I’ll just make sure to buy a small portion and not get toppings so I won’t have to pay an arm and a leg for desert.

I LOVE this TCBY. It’s always so immaculate and delicious! Their yogurt toppings bar is extensive. Everything you could possibly imagine. I’m a TCBY-​lifer.

Best frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been to! Extremely clean and the employees, especially the owner, are all very friendly and helpful. Great décor and a huge selection of flavors and toppings. I go there at least once a week, I can’t resist.

What a great addition to all the wonderful stores already on seventh street. With all the new yogurt place is popping up it is refreshing to see one that I remember from my childhood. We came here because they serve dairy free almond milk frozen yogurt. Unfortunately they did not have that flavor on the day that we chose to come. The store is clean well lit and has very friendly Employees willing to give you as many samples of yogurt as you desire. The prices are reasonable and the selection is quite large.

Worst TCBY ever. I love TCBY, but their yogurt was tasteless and melted before I could put the toppings on it. My family and I ate yogurt soup. There were no high chairs for babies and no bathrooms for customers. I love TCBY, but not that one. The people at the counter were unfriendly. The TCBY in lynbrook is sooooo much better.

Fantastic!!! love their Ice cream and they don’t skimp you on it either… and you can sit outside where there is a lovely view… I’ve been eating this ice cream since I was a little girl… their variety is pretty cool when it comes down to the yogurt…

I love TCBY’s soft serve chocolate frozen yogurt. So good. This location has lots of toppings and looks very clean. Outdoor seating too.
